Loaf Cookery School is Birmingham’s best new cookery school, a place where you can learn forgotten food skills in the heart of the second city.
Loaf Cookery School in 2012
After a successful two years of running cookery courses from Tom’s home in Cotteridge, this year Loaf is moving its operation to a dedicated premises on our local high street in Stirchley. We anticipate (planning permission dependent) that we will move in March or April. Until we move we will still be running our roster of popular courses from Toms home. We are currently selling dates for January to March to the waiting lists for Bread: Back to Basics, Bread: Simply Sourdough, Butchery: Perfect Poultry, Butchery: Nose to Tail Lamb, and Handmade Pasta.
Email cookeryschool@loafonline.co.uk to join the waiting list for any of the courses or to buy gift vouchers.
April onwards we’ll be recommencing our Forage and Cook and In a Pickle: Basic Preserving courses as well as new courses such as sausage making, wine tasting and a stocks, sauces, and kitchen skills workshop. We’re also working on finding teachers for a charcuterie course, a dairy skills course and a fish skills course, all of which we’d like to run later in 2012.
Have a great Christmas and New Year and we hope to see you sometime in 2012!
Cheers, Tom.
We do gift vouchers too – please visit the Gift Vouchers Page for more!
